Each year, the Society for the Propagation of the Faith coordinates mission appeals in parishes throughout the Archdiocese of New York. We are usually visited by a missionary each spring. This year, in light of the global pandemic of COVID-19, these appeals are being featured on the MISSIO Fundraising Platform of the Pope’s mission societies, MISSIO.org. Our parish has been assigned the following project: Rescue Home for Girls in Papua New Guinea. Learn more about this effort, offering your prayers and support, using the link found in this article.
